Connect, create, communicate.
Do better, and do it again.
Design and creativity aren’t the ability to draw or compose or make something more beautiful,
but rather a way of seeing the world. They are closely linked to playing, like a kid modeling
a new reality.
METHODOLOGY
HOW
HOW
Ideation, inspiration, and implementation are the core activities.
And they are strategically repeated until the desired result is reached.
WORKFLOW
Understand your current state and desired outcomes.
With that information, we will break down the journey into strategic, intentional, and easy-to-handle steps to close that gap.
IDEATION
Use creative sessions to foster collaboration and pursue your vision with a human-centered approach. We adopt a “beginner’s mind,” with the intent to remain open and curious, to assume nothing, and to see hidden opportunities for alternative solutions. We will connect with people to understand their needs.
INSPIRATION
Dream up and create proposals, taking time to tinker and test, being willing to fail early, and do it all over again. There will be empathy, optimism, iteration, and creativity. And most critically, we will always keep people at the center of every process. As long as you stay focused on the people you’re creating for—and listen to them directly—you can arrive at optimal solutions that meet their needs.
IMPLEMENTATION
One-on-one sessions, and full ownership.
Companies are busy, people are often stretched and processes break as the projects scale.
Our way of working consists of one-on-one sessions where we will meet to understand your needs, foster creative discussions, and present the design strategy. Once the challenge is set, Emma will take ownership to make action happen, with intentional and focused steps.
ULTIMATE OUTCOMES
Incorporating a design component can transform the way organizations develop products, services, and messages. This approach, which is known as design thinking, brings together what is desirable from a human point of view with what is technologically feasible and economically viable. It also allows people who aren't trained as designers to use creative tools to address a vast range of challenges.
All imaginings and projects can approach the world they were created for. But to unlock greater potential, strategic, intentional, and interactive actions are key.
Together we can tackle complex challenges.
It doesn’t matter what your background is.
