Steve Heroux is a sales expert, best-selling author, speaker, and founder of The Sales Collective. He believes sales should be honest, relationship-driven, and rooted in real value. He set out to change the way people think about selling.
THE NEED
His book was gaining traction. More people were paying attention. The question became simple: How do we turn this momentum into something bigger?
He needed one clear platform. One place for his training. One strong message. A system that could support growth without creating chaos.

We began by getting clear on the fundamentals. What does Steve stand for? What makes his method different? Where is he going next?
From there, we built the structure behind the vision. We clarified his brand, refined his message, and designed a digital platform that reflects his voice while bringing all of his training into one cohesive ecosystem. We also developed a Design System so every new offer, course, or business unit can build on the same foundation instead of starting from scratch.
